setting environment variables

Question

no matter what i do my cmd won't recognize javac, m using Windows 8.1,please help, here is the link to image so you guys can see if i have set the path correctly or not https://postimg.org/image/ifgqtdo5f/, i have tried %path% and adding ; and ";" this but no help, what am i doing wrong maybe my java version has to do something with it?? please help me... my java version is build 1.8.0_112-b15.
..btw java -version cmd is working
