Make code. They is no secret. To be good you need to practice and to keep reading some code or documentation. Not necesary on a language but in algorythme too. For exemple check the design pattern, the concept of web service and try to implement them in smal project. After that if you can show your code to some people it's could be halp full to find and correct some of your mistaks.
