How codes qualify for Hot Today or Trending?

I just wanted to know how codes submitted by coders in SoloLearn get qualified for Hot Today & Trending. And how do you judge it to make it on top?

Hi Satish,
it's as simple as that, The skills are judged, the quality of code is judged, the uniqueness of code is judged.
It's not that the code is always unique, but yes, the comments, likes, the kind of appreciations you get also helps to find out the Hot Today or Trending code.

One more point,
We moderators also pick Hot Today or Trending code based on the points mentioned in Burey mentioned posts.

Thank you for the references Burey. But I checked and none of them has one answer. Different people say different things. It would have been great if someone from SoloLearn could have answered the question. Hence here is my question again.
