I'm very much interested in learning programming language and software based work. But before PHD I need to complete a undergraduate course. Which one should I take now ? Computer science engineering or Software engineering

Only you can answer that question as youre the only one know what you want to do with the degree.

Before commiting however it would be a good idea to research the two fields and understand how they differ. This will help you make a better decision.
