I'm going to front & dev and, which should study first to js or others eg php bootstrap node react

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a solid foundation.
(jQuery and ECMAScript might not be a bad idea in between here.)
Bootstrap and React.js after.
(PHP and Node.js are back end.)

for frontend development, definitely make sure you understand JavaScript, html and css first.
