see view live result of html program

I want to enter my html code in the sublime text editor, and i see live view of the result in the Google Chrome browser.

How can i do this?

I don't know if it is possible in Sublime, but there is a live preview in Brackets editor.
Maybe you can get it in Sublime if there is an extension like this.

In Brackets, it is built-in, so you don't have to install any plugins/other stuff.
