Could we get a report button for challenges?

The screening process for questions is horrific. Questions with apparently wrong answers and with wrong code(syntax, spelling keywords wrong...) are much too common.

There is a way to report quizzes. Open finished challenge, choose "View correct answers", find the wrong quiz, click on the "!" sign at the top-right corner and choose a reason.
