Hello all gurus. I want to learn build mobile app. Where do i start?

i have basic html. i want to learn coding and end as mobile apps builder or developer. can i write or coding and compile the code through phone without pc. im trying to explore php, how to testing run php from android phone. i not sure that am i in the right way to be mobile apps dev by starting explore and learning php.

Be a developer and use your pc or mc. Start with Java + android studio (ide).
