what is ActiveX EXE and ActiveX Dll ..in visual basic?

I know VB is not available in solo learn...but I need to know about it...and I hope solo learn friends can help me to know about their differences and usage..pls

these are directX binaries use for graphics mostly by games in windows. These file are required by the system so that graphic related application can run on the system.
