Start by learning python and kali linux. It will be a long journey.

learn about programming, computer networks and operating systems. you need get a pretty wide general knowledge.
after this you should specialize. pick an area what you like and focus on it. if you learn something deep enough you will know how to hack them.
then you should learn how to use different hacking tools and widen your knowledge with it security related guides and informations, etc..
its a pretty long road, it take years and serious determination.
the "easy way" is just google hacking tutorials. there are many tools what don't require too much knowledge with guides how to use them. but this will not make you a hacker, you will be a script kiddy.
ps: securitytube is pretty good on youtube. also google OWASP, it is pretty useful.
