Odsh When it comes to learning how to program, everyone will have to look back every once in a while just to refresh themselves on how a certain function works or how to do a certain thing. Being able to program without looking back for reference will take some time, so the best advice I can give would be to just keep practicing with what you want to learn, as soon it will feel almost natural to do certain things. One of the most important things to keep in mind is to always be patient, as it takes time to be able to learn the different languages and understand them thoroughly.

You can't expect to learn many languages at the same time and remember the syntax for each one. You have to learn one by one and soak in the syntax for each so you can't forget it.

What I would recommend doing is just sticking to only 1 or 2 languages (or more, depending on what you need), as this will help you understand and use that language effectively rather than only kind of knowing how to use several different languages. By focusing on only a few languages, it will allow you to get used to the syntax and methods used with them, and can cause less confusion if you ever need to switch between a couple languages. What languages you do choose will depend on what you want to do with programming (ie. which field you want to work with), so I would recommend trying to figure out what you want to do before picking what languages to learn.
