How to install SQL to practice and learn?

As I am a beginner in this field, I decided to start with learning SQL. I got the lessons in these programs but I need to install to practice a lot them. Anyone can help me to install the program? futhermore, do I need to install both SQL server ans MySQL? Thanks in advance!)

you can install and use XAMPP or WAMP applications for sql or mysql

Install XAMPP and you got SQL to practice in phpMyAdmin
