Are the moderators of SoloLearn selected for a curtain period or not?

Please explain the duration of a moderators!! If they are selected as moderator, they become moderator for a curtain period or they become moderator for whole time?

Moderators lose the badge and powers if they remain inactive for a very long time or break the rules. But there's no certain period that I know of.

Thank you Tashi N for your response! I think it should be because if any moderator remains inactive,he/she is not moderating the community anymore!! So That moderator does not capability of mod badge anymore!!
BTW I like all the mods of SoloLearn community!! Thank you all for your great service........

Lord Krishna,. ( Mod) will be removed from their name, won't it??
And we can't recognize them by only their name as now we can recognize you by only seeing your name?
