What should I learn if I want to expand my knowledge in web development??

I already know html and css. Currently, I'm learning about HTML5, javascript and SVG animation. I don't know if I'm going to the right path...

Yes and keep up the good work!
After that you may need to learn some frameworks and libraries(jQuery, AngularJs, AJAX, Bootstrap etc), Responsive Design as well as PHP or Phyton for backend developement.
But remember, the key is practise, practise and practise...✌
