When playing quiz if the answer is wrong we cant verify right answer

please provide any reference to check answers and explanation about answers after completion of quiz

If you are talking about challenges you can check the "correct answer" by clicking it(it is shown at the bottom of the results).
But to do this you have to wait until both players finish their turn.
