Dynamic Data to forms

Question

Hi guys
So i have built a form and a need dynamic arrays to push into the form select field if a certain
certain field in another array is selected this all needs to happen dynamically
help will be appreciated

you can use ArrayList.. it will allocate the memory in run time..
