How to start code & what resources do we need to learn PHP and JavaScript from beginner level to improve up to expertise level?

I know some of the resources like sololearn etc but need to know how to get start it.

I'd start with the HTML course as a foundation for the CSS, PHP, and JavaScript courses.
You can use the search bar to find what everyone else says are good supplemental resources.
I think w3schools is a good beginner resource. Then get familiar with each language's specifications and documentation.
