Ruby or PHP?
which is easier to learn, Ruby or PHP? and can both serve the same purpose? if no, what are some differences and advantage of one over the other

PHP is easy to learn. In any case, for me Ruby has an advantage: it can be used for the same purpose as PHP and also for more general ones. Is easy to learn too.
