how can i make my laptop(hp/windows 7) suitable/compatible with php, mysql and jquery,please... thanks in advance!

Actually i suggest win10 for programming. You may download microsoft visual studio.

In addition, jquery is just a library and even apple 1 could "compate" it.

All the things you are mentioning are fully compatible with Windows 7, you just have to install a server like XAMPP or install PHP and MSQL separately. With JQuery you just have to add it in your files.
