Books & Books

Since I’m not a tech native I still like the tactile experience that physical books provide. Is there any books that you’d recommend to help with the basics of HTML CSS and JS? There are so many out there, it’s hard to choose.

I tried to study html and c++ in a book... but for me the best way for learn is in a computer, in internet. Try to take a look at this site -> https://www.w3schools.com/ It's very complete and it has a lot of "try it yourself". first of all study HTML, then CSS. JS is a little bit more difficult than other 2, maybe you can try to study it on youtube. Have a nice day and programming! :)

I agree, there is nothing like preacticing to cement the learning, i’m not planning on substituting that, I just want a book at hand to avoid the huge black whole I get mysefl into when i try to research things online. 🤪 google feeds my ADD.
