How you start? Suggest some book? .... You're on a learning website/app right now... literally right now. Go to the courses provided by this site/app and take the courses. You'll learn a lot and understand what direction you want to go.

If you're seeking basic concept before you attempt a language, then I'd suggest googling how to do pseudocode and also how to do flow charts. That'll help you understand the concepts in a human type of fashion first, as well as how things flow together. Then jump into any language of your choosing. Personally, much of that can be learned by simply learning the languages first, as they cover many concepts in the beginning.
As for math, the more math that you know, the more ways that you can think about the world around you and the more options you give yourself as a programmer. The main difference I've seen between good programmers and great programmers is their math abilities; math will simply make you better at it. However, you can still get by with basic math skills, but at some point you may end up relying upon someone else's math skills to figure things out. For what I currently do, it uses a lot of calculus and linear algebra.

I'm a game developer and 3D artist, so I use geometry on a daily basis.
As Happy mentioned to you, it simply depends what you're focused upon. I can say this much, every piece of math that I've ever learned in life has beenn useful somewhere in my life. As such, learn as much math as you can; it won't hurt to know it and never use it. It does hurt when you don't know it and need it though.
