if you want to create app for Android native only then go for Android development. if you want to develop app for all cross platform like ios, windows, android then go to hybrid development.react native good option for hybrid development

Anyway, I would first suggest you to have basic knowledge on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. These 3 languages are basics for web development and might help you.
