IF I SEE A CODE & I LIKED THE CODE AND MADE MY OWN VERSION OF IT. WILL IT BE CONSIDERED AS PLAGIARISM?

If I see the output of code and liked it so I made the code by myself whose output is same. so will is be plagiarism? also if I make the same code in different language.. like if original code is in web but I liked idea and made c++ code with my own... will it be plagiarism? (I don't know which tag to add so I am putting all language tags)

If you mean the rules here, it all begins with giving appropriate credits to the original author who inspired your creation. You should be fine from there onwards.
