For RWD: px or % in the css?

looking for the most efficient way to make my site look good on all devices without having to make a separate mobile device site ???

It depends. For a lot of things like divs and other containers use a viewport unit/percent. For text use px or em/rem.


Bootstrap is mobile-first and has built-in features for making responsive web designs that allow web sites to automatically adjust themselves to look good on devices of all sizes. Just note Bootstrap4 is out.
