This has to be the number one question asked in the programming/coding world. Honestly, it depends on where you're going/working and what you want to develop and it is definitely worth doing your own personal research. Generally, in web development, it might be best to learn the web coding languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript). You're likely to encounter more than that in any web development position - Angular and other frameworks, from my experience.
As for programming, C# and C++ are widely used. Java is the official language for Android apps, but C languages are also used.
Also, if you meant web developer/web programmer, the most widely used web programming language front-end is JavaScript and. Back-end is a mix - C#, C++, Python, PHP and perhaps Java.
