My friends can't upvote my code. When they click on ^ symbol then that time code is shown as upvote but after refresh its same.

They sign in using google plus account . then their is massage your account is not activate. So they create account & fill info & message shown email id already exists. so they recovers their id. and set password. but after this, same problem. solve it please.
