I want to build android app that will have all the lessona of Bhagwat Geeta in Sanskrit and in Hindi.

I do not have coding knowledge but I am interested to learn it. Also I want to do this onmy mobile without having prior mobile app development knowledge. How should I start. I am ready to take a long route so that I learn as well as I get knowlwdge. How should I start on this?

You can learn Java, Kotlin or C# for mobile app development.
Then you can use Android studio to create android apps with Java/kotlin or Xamarin with C#
