am new here to html, java, javascript. need a tutor or mentor to direct me. does such a thing happen or exist?

you cant get personal tutors here.
but you'll get very basic and understandable courses

here is the better place to learn...just post you don't know..start courses and follow sololearners to know news and others things..

if you want online tutoring there is Udemy.com ~ however it does cost
there are those who will tutor as well but you have to ask around.
