Mass Code Copying/Theft - Code theft is an existing issue, lets not ignore that

Hello @sololearn,
I would like to report somebody for mass code copying 80+ codes now. He's been getting minimum 5 likes on all of them which also makes me think that he might have also liked his copies with second accounts. Also if you for example look at the 'likers' of his copied java Password generator, there are multiple accounts with same or very similar names.
Please do something against him, and against code 'stealing' in general. Eventually just no longer allow saving other's codes.
