Html,CSS,JavaScript Website Dashboard ?

I've got a complete website,ready to get a domain name and be hosted. my question is,how will access the website dashboard ? should I write a program for the same ? or is there any existing dashboards offered that i will link with my website.

COSMUS NGUAH, There are existing dashboard to use there are some free like that https://adminlte.io and paid. Or you can develop a dashboard but even you do that you have to learn PHP and MySQL to link it bez it only developed with Web Design so, you have to give it to a freelancer to link it or you can link it with yourself if you know Backend Developing.
