Kotlin which is the official language for android is here on Sololearn.

Kotlin is actually a build up from Java which you can also learn here. The Android studio when installed on your computer can help to a large extent with the application of knowledge acquired.
Learn Java/Kotlin and you would be on your way to becoming an Android developer. There are a lot of resources for downloading and using the android studio, I just got it recently.
