Using hackintosh for Apple app development.

Just a curiosity. I had been doing some research on hackintosh and was wondering if anyone uses or has used a hackintosh for developing Apple apps? Would you? Why or why not?

Thank you cisco for your reply. Sorry about the confusion. Im familiar with the different options to use vm and an emulator. Hackintosh is another option and as stated in my question i was just curious to hear from anyone who might be using it.
