You must be using Sololearn's mobile app. Challenging is not available from their website/PC.

You must go to the challenge section, then choose any language to compete and play against any player you want (there's a list of possible competitors)
There are a series of questions that you have to answer and in order to win you must get more points than your adversary.

Why isn't there a web option for challenges? Makes it really annoying to switch to the app when I'm already on the computer...
