Definition to symbols ...

Dose anyone have the word to describe the symbols “<“ or “>” when they are represented in code?

"Inequality sign" for either, "less than" for "<", and "greater than" for ">". If they aren't being used in a comparison context, you will sometimes call them "angle brackets". (Not to be confused with chevrons/guillemets)
