How do I publish my web to internet?

I am working in a Html/css project and I wanted to know how I make the web public in the internet?. Can you list me some options? free/cheap or best service to start as a web designer.

Today there are multiple ways to publish your website. An undisputable winner is awardspace, a free ftp service, all you need to do is to redirect the name servers of your domain to them and you have a web hotel for free using ftp. The easiest way to publish a site is to use FTP. Or a web hotel if you have one at your disposal. if not Download any ftp client, login on the server you have transferred your website onto, the client will access your files and you have now a direct connection to your domain. Cheers!

You have to have a server host, understanding of PHP. *Edit* Understanding of PHP just needed if you want to make something like: Social Media Online Game and others that need to have user-accounts or interactivable with other player

as a beginner, i strongly suggest www.000webhost.com for free of cost hosting server space, buy a cheap domain from godaddy or any other domain name providers. change name servers of your domain. than go to the cpanel of www.000webhost.com. and also you will get personalised email name([email protected]) for free of cost. best of luck.

if you have to publish you site you need a good host that could provide you some better services like FTP, MySQL etc. But as per your need you should try the #1 free host- 000webhost OR bytehost.

Hello friend :D I looked online for you and found a website about publishing websites (making your website online). https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/Getting_started_with_the_web/Publishing_your_website I hope this helps you, also I'd like to see your website if you don't mind. :D Have a nice day.

just take a hosting server, then register a domain name and then import their website using hosting server's ftp( file transfer protocol) using some ftb application like filezilla, etc.

There are so many web hosting services available. I personally used http://000webhost.com and it offers you free hosting and domain. It's good for beginners. The only limitation is the storage space and the free domain name.

1. Take the (free) space on Altervista 2. Download Filezilla (is free) 3. Use Filezilla to upload the files of your site via FTP (just a drag and drop) 4. Do not forget the index.html file 5. Access www.<yoursitename>.altervista.org 5. Enjoy! :)

try www.000webhost.com you can get a free domain and upload your website via ftp or the cpanel functionality. It's free so expect a semi-wierd domain (like yourdomain.netxyz.net)but is good for starting.
