Searching a designer for a hobby project

First of all, I dont know if this is allowed here, so tell me if not.
I want to make a manager game for the Web. I do not expect making money with it, but who knows...
Im not that good in designing, so i want to ask if someone here would be happy doing the design part.
The game should have a good looking, modern UI.
