Btw, both things you named are Javascript libraries, so try to understand how contradictory that sounds. Knowing Javascript will greatly assist you with using Javascript libraries (and web development in general), but I imagine you could manage to learn them without knowing Javascript. Either way, to the best of my knowledge, we don't have those courses here.
