Angular vs react

Can we discuss which of these technologies better in developing a robust website and of course can support Arabic language ?

Although two similar or similar technologies seem to be two different things, Angular is a much more complete framework than React.js, Angular has several things integrated, like the hand routes that React.js does not have, you have to use other external libraries .
on the other hand Angular already in its new versions uses Typescript, on the other hand React.js always uses Javascript

You can choose from angular, react & vue. But React js is better than angular. But you will enjoy programming in vue js.
