Is it true coding with a few breaks during the day isn't productive

It seems when u code during the day very long (8 hours+) u feel u got the things done more productive. A few breaks I mean go to toilet, eat/cook sth and other important things. What are your opinion? Should we use pomodoro technique?

You should use the "What Fits Me Technique" discovered by Professor P. Pedantic and refined greatly later by Dr Leonard Laszinus. The latest contribution updated the technique to bring many conflicting areas together more smoothly as part of RFC 381-2 by Donna Hattinspring, but they were already incorporated unnoficially by the spec, we just needed a woman involved to maintain the project's Employment Equity.
