the main problem is uploading your audio to a place from where you can get its raw links.

here I have used my repo link for demo purpose but you have to use your own.

for audio usage note 2 things
1. audio will not be played automatically by browsers as its a nuissance so user will have to click for starting audio.

2. use javascript to control your audio based on events and timings the way you like.
