Certainly this one is free:

I finished it without paying a penny :)
All videos, all exercises and autograded homework was free. Done in an externally installed application - Octave - which... was also free :)

almost every course on coursera is free if you choose to "audit" it. That means you can watch the videos but have no access to the assignments and can't get a certificate
