App making language?

Pls this might have been frequently asked but I didn't get desired result...i need to know the best language I can use to write a computer app???

depends on what kind of 'app' you want to make. app often refers to phone apps, which are made in java. c#, c++ are good choices for a desktop as promise orazulike recommended. But you can also do java, python, node.js, and many others.
