You must have a desire and love to learn something new everyday. Despite how big or small. The greatest programmer only knows more than you do. If you want to be the best you must have a passion and desire of learning something in code. It doesn't matter how small it is. It goes a long way. Remember, Einstein said not everyone is born a genius, they are just more knowledgeable in a subject than anyone.
