Hi, When i making a "mini" website i sometimes forgot codes and to recall that codes i using this app's lessons (like when i forgot how to list i going to list's lesson understand?)and i feeling so bad of this :D i don't know why i just can't remember everything it's hard for me :P i am only one who doing this or not? or can i keep in mind this codes in future by more and more practice.

I know professional programmers who are in this the field for ten+ years and still go back to the manuals of the program language to recall what they learned and the new versions of it.
So don't worry, this is not a problem.
Also keep in mind, Programming is not all about the language you know, rather its much more about how much you can achieve with least number of code lines.
