Converting bash commands to run via js python etc etc

I'm wanting to make a script that when ran will rm rf * the root directory..but not in bash obviously. Any suggestions as to how

Why would you want to use one scripting language to run another scripting language? The first interpreter's process will need to invoke another process and load the second interpreter. Furthermore, rm rf * on the root directory is going to fail, even when running as root, because multiple files are going to be in use by the system. Way to f&#@% your system up dude.
