Algorithms

Question

My algorithms are very poor any advise on how to practice or improve my algorithmic abilities. Also it wouldn't hurt to ask about the data structures as well.
If there is any site you recommend or how did you make changes that lead to improvements.
There are times I can solve a problem pretty easily if I took time to think. But there also times I rush and that's where I get problems especially in competition.

My advice are pretty obvious, but still think they're good: Don't rush and write many algorithms.
