how to create same page of any website using inspect code of that page ?

1) It is technically illegal to copy the contents of ones page.
2) PHP is server-side so you cannot see the content or neither copy it.
3) Webpage is not just one html, there are external css, files, folder, images. So for copying and using them you need to have all those files downloaded too.
4) Again, it is illegal. AND If you want to practice from other codes, search for open source html static pages and download them.

yes i know it's not legal but just for practice and to get same functionalities I wanna copy page code from (inspect ) .including CSS, Js but still not working
