How do make our html doc as website ?

i have created a simple blog of mine to share with my homies...but i dont know how to upload it as website....can anyone tell me to do this..?

before you upload as a website, there are some credentials you must have.
1. you will need the control panel credentials which you can get from good hosting companies or sometimes from free web hosting companies. These credentials include
a. Username of control Panel (File Transfer Protocol - FTP).
b. Password of control Panel (FTP).
c. The FTP server you want to host your pages ( Will be given to you by your host).
2. Once you have gotten the credentials you will login to FTP server and upload your pages.
save your pages in the public/htdocs/www (depending on d host) directory.

First you have to buy domain name from any domain registrar, After this you have to purchase hosting for your domain. (Depends on your websites Traffic or Your comforting )
After this there are two condition
1.Using any CMS like- wordpress (Not much good)
2.If you wanna create a custom made website (It's a good) you should be the knowledge of Many languages like PHP, SQL, JAVASCRIPT, JEQERY extra-extra.
