What programming languages would be most useful for a UI/UX Designer?

Question

I am a designer that is looking to expand my skill set. I know that usually a UI/UX designer would make story boards and give them to the front end developer to make it come alive. I want to be able to do all of this myself.
My question is: what are the bare minimum languages or skills I would need to learn? Also, one step farther: besides the basics, what would take me to the next level and achieve rockstar status in the industry?
