App crash

SL keeps crashing on me. I cannot go into notifications without it crashing, and kicking me out. I then (I posted in a post https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/524028/?ref=app ) and I will need to delete my post there, but so far have been unable to get there either. What can I do? So far I have deleted/redownloaded the app, and shut my phone down. Nothing works. I have contacted SL, but is there anything anyone knows I can do?

It sounds like a factory reset or a new phone might be required! Don't take my word on that, but it doesn't look good. Maybe you could tell people what phone you've got, in case it happens on all phones of that model?

It’s an iPhone 7. Not brand new, but in no way old.

Have you tried accessing it via a laptop / desktop instead?
